The service

Sepialive turns photos you choose into short videos using artificial intelligence. Each video uses one clip. We may improve, change or remove features at any time.

Who can use Sepialive

You must be at least 16 years old. Purchases are made with your App Store or Google Play account, under the store’s terms.

Your photos and the people in them

Upload only photos you own or have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you are responsible for having their consent or another legal basis: for children, the consent of their parents or guardians; for people who have passed away, respect for their memory and their families. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos.

What is not allowed

Do not use Sepialive to deceive, impersonate, harass, defame or harm anyone; to create sexual content or anything that sexualises minors; to create violent, hateful or unlawful content; or to pass a video off as a real recording. Automatic safety filters may refuse a photo. We may block access in case of misuse and report illegal content to the authorities.

AI-generated videos

Videos are made by AI. They are an artistic interpretation of the photo, not a record of real events, and may contain inaccuracies: faces, expressions or details can differ from reality. Results vary and we do not guarantee a particular result. When you share a video, do not present it as real footage.

Clips and payments

Clips are bought as one-time packs or with the weekly plan, at the prices shown in the app before you buy. Clips have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused clips do not expire while the service is offered. If a video cannot be created, the clip is returned to your balance automatically; trying again because you do not like a result uses a new clip. Sepialive works without an account, so your clips are tied to this app on this phone: if you delete the app or change phone, unused clips may be lost.

Weekly plan

The weekly plan adds 4 clips every week and renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. There is no free trial.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Clips are digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law ends once the clips are added to your balance. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Rights to the content

Your photos remain yours. You give us a limited right to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to create your videos. You may use your videos for personal purposes. The app, its design and the Sepialive name belong to Oxigen Data SRL.

Availability

We aim to keep Sepialive available, but it depends on the internet and on third-party providers and may be interrupted. If we close the service permanently, we will announce it in the app in advance.

Liability

Sepialive is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for how you or others use the videos, for content uploaded in breach of these terms, or for interruptions caused by third-party providers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the rights of others, for example by uploading a photo you were not allowed to use, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new date is shown at the top and we will tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Sepialive after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first at hello@foldworth.com; you can also turn to your national consumer authority or the competent courts.
