Questions & answers
Does it work with black-and-white photos?
Yes. Black-and-white and sepia photos work well. The colors of your photo stay as they are.
How long does a video take?
Usually 1–2 minutes. You can leave the app: the video appears in History when it is ready.
Which photos work best?
Photos where faces are clearly visible and facing the camera, not too small and not too blurry.
Is my photo private?
Your photo is used only to create your video. Our AI providers process it for that purpose, and it is deleted after 30 days.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any clip in History and it is removed right away. To delete everything, write to us.
A clip failed. Did I lose it?
No. If a video can’t be created, the clip is returned to your balance automatically. You can see your balance in the top-right corner.
How do I cancel the weekly plan?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings, under Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
